PROJECT SCOPE

Hotsheet developed a Project Procurement solution for Anglo American Platinum. After the successful implementation of the system Hotsheet was contract to globally implement the system for AA. Hotsheet remain responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the system and the continuous development of additional modules.

METHODOLOGY

Hotsheet developed an integrated solution on Smartsheet using the Enterprise Apps from Smartsheet to plan and manage project procurement activities. The data is then extracted to Hotsheet Dashboards and manipulated to provide an oversight of all the procurement activities within the AA capital project environment.
