PROJECT SCOPE
Hotsheet is contracted to provide business analytics on current AAP Management system and practises to develop an Integrated Portfolio Management Solution. The current AAP SIB Project Portfolio consist of an excess of 2000 projects and to effectively manage the Projects a solution had to be developed to report from one project rolled up to the Portfolio Manager. Hotsheet developed this system and continues to enhance and broaden the solution. After the solution has been implemented Hotsheet is also responsible to manage the continuous use and data integrity of the system. Current completed modules provided by Hotsheet consist of:

METHODOLOGY
Hotsheet Dashboards is primarily used as an integration tool for all the various platforms used within project management environment. This enable specialist tools to be used for specific project management disciplines. Hotsheet also uses Smartsheet to provide solutions were specialist tools are not usable within AAP or not available.
